Payment And Delivery



We accept payment in GBP (£)

For payments made in GBP we accept all major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.


We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider's website.







Delivery within 3-4 working days

Standard Delivery is available for UK addresses only.

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday.

We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

Delivery does not require signature.




All pallet deliveries will be made with our trusted carriers Palletways Ltd.

Free delivery for orders above £500 (exc VAT)

Orders below £500 have a delivery charge of £40 for economy service (2-3 working days)

£50 for next day delivery for premium service. ORDERS MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE 12pm.

The customer should inspect the pallet upon delivery before signing any documentation as to its condition. The customer should also cross check the quantity recieved with our company delivery note, which will be attached to the pallet.

If the consignment is damaged the consignee must notify the driver and include the word 'damaged' next to the signature. No claim will be entertained unless this requirement is complied with.





We are happy to offer you a refund if the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 14 days.


The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please include a brief letter including your name and address, explaining why you are returning the item(s). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we cannot refund any products that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty. We do not offer an exchange service.


We are unable to process your refund until we receive the product back. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.


Pallet Returns


Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or damaged items, will only be accepted if received in writing within 5 working days of the date of delivery.

On receipt of this notification we will verify the claim before informing you of the next stage in the process. This will cover advice on and whether you need to return the goods, and arrangements for credits.

All goods returned to Alluré Fragrances must be securely packaged to avoid further damage occurring during transit.

If you would like to return goods, please contact us so we know to expect your shipment.







If the customer wishes to cancel the order before being dispatched there will be no cancellation fee. However, if the customer wishes to cancel after being dispatched this may cost up to £100 per pallet.
